Competitor tracking

A name and a URL.Swiv does the rest.

Swiv maps a competitor's site, reads the pages it finds, and builds a profile you can use in a call — usually in a couple of minutes.

Swiv reporting progress while it researches a competitor

The output

What the crawl produces

Swiv reads what a competitor publishes and what's published about them, and gives you the parts you'd otherwise spend an afternoon collecting:

How they sell themselves
— their positioning, in their own words.
What they charge
— their pricing, tier by tier.
What they ship
— the product they put on their own pages.
Recent coverage
— what's been written about them lately, scored so you can skip the noise.

You give it

a name and a URL.

You get back

a profile you can take into a call.

While it runs

You watch it happen

Adding a competitor isn't a spinner.

Work reports as it finishes, with the time it took, so you always know whether it's moving or stuck. When the profile lands it renders in front of you, before you've closed the window you started it from.

Per competitor

A page per competitor

Each tracked competitor gets its own page.

The overview is the profile itself. Beside it, everything Swiv has caught them doing since — filtered to them, in the order it happened. You can open one before a call and read it top to bottom.

The profile

What you actually see

A tracked competitor, the way it reads before a call: how they sell, who they sell to, and what they charge.

A competitor profile in Swiv

It keeps going after the first crawl

The profile is a baseline, not a snapshot you have to refresh by hand. Changes Swiv detects after the first crawl land in Signals and on the competitor's own Changes tab. Each competitor page shows when it was last researched.

When the crawl comes back thin, it says so

Some sites don't publish pricing. Some crawls fail. Swiv shows what it got and what it didn't — “This competitor doesn't publish pricing, or the crawl hasn't reached their pricing page yet” — rather than filling the gap with a guess.

From a finished profile you can write a comparison page against them or save their pricing page as evidence.

Add the rival you lose to most

One name, one URL. You'll know how they sell and what they charge before your next call, and Swiv will tell you the next time any of it moves.
